Italian Art

I had the privilege of seeing a lot of amazing art while I was in Italy, but after awhile I must admit I grew tired of seeing so many scenes of Madonna and of the Crucifixion. So, when we entered this small pub across from the Ducal Palace I was rather intrigued by this little modern number. I think it pretty much speaks for itself...
Question: What would you name this work?

Here is my suggestion---a little latin is appropriate for Italy, don't you think? You can translate it into Italia, if you like...

Proeliator per an rectus rostrum
