and that's all I can remember at the moment. What's your list look like?
* - denotes I have never actually seen them live. You're probably asking yourself why does a list of people I've seen in concert include someone I've never actually seen in concert? Well, I've had tickets to see Lenny 3 times, and every time he has canceled the show. Lenny has proved to be most elusive...
So that happened.

Movie Update
While I know I'm (think of Frank Caliendo's Barkley impression right about..... now) terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible about keeping an active blog, I do frequently update the Movies I've Seen Recently portion of my page.
For any of you looking for a rather charming yet quirky independent film I'd highly recommend Jump Tomorrow. It's quite slow in the beginning, but hang in there, the characters begin to grow on you over time. By the end, you'll find yourself becoming quite fond of each of them in this very sweet movie.
Until next year... :)

Random Thoughts Collide 00000001
Initially:
I found myself partaking of some Sun Belt fruit jammers this morning. Amongst the yucky yellows, the apathetic oranges, the average reds (for reds anyway-- they're usually the best of the gelatin-based candy persuasion), I happened upon a rather delicious blue.
Led to:
I wish I had some gushers right about now. Those blue gushers I had in that variety pack a few months back were so good, once they hit my lips. Too bad they don't sell just the blue gushers, 'cause those other ones... not so much.
Led to:
My old Friend Lisa used to ask me, "What do you have a taste for?" I found that a rather curious method of asking me what I wanted to eat. She's from Ohio. I'm from nowhere near there.
Led to:
"Where ya from?" I was never good with the Ladies in most of my years. But, for some reason, I've always found the classic bar scene where the guy tries to pick up on the lady by asking her, "Where ya from?" quite amusing. If you ask my glorious Wife, she'll tell you I've probably asked her at least 10,000 times where she is from. She largely ignores this question nowadays. I think it must be my subconcious still trying to pick up on her, 'cause there ain't reason, honestly, that I should be so lucky to be with such an amazing girl!
So that happened...
In order to be a gracious host, I wish to pose these questions to you inter-webbers:
What do you have a taste for?
and
Where ya from?

I'm Ron Burgundy?
Friday, March 14, 2008
It's one of "those" days...
Today: Periods of snow showers before 10am, then periods of rain showers between 10am and noon, then scattered snow showers between noon and 3pm, then scattered rain showers after 3pm. High near 49. North wind between 5 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Gots to love the Colorado Weather and the fine men and women who have dedicated their lives to ensure that we have accurate, up to the minute weather forecasts.
Contemplation: Mayhaps I should have chosen a career path with less accountability...

My New Calling in Life
I'm a changed man. Yep, I've seen the light... having mastered the guit-fiddle, I've found it expedient to seek a new challenge, and that challenge is...
the keytar!! If I could only be half the keytar player this fellar is, I'd be something... I could be the poster-boy for Hedley and Wyche British Toothpaste. "And it tastes great on a cracker!!"
If you don't know: http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=528069, now you know!!
